I get that this is Peter Venkman from Ghostbusters but I thought for a second he was Bernard Cribbins from Doctor Who
This is a scene from “The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou” where Bill Murray plays the titular character, Steve Zissou, not Ghostbusters. It’s a Wes Anderson film so if you like his other works it’s definitely worth a watch!
