Zillow’s “Rent Zestimate” feature tries to chart how much it thinks you could charge in rent per month over time, but then slaps on the value of the house sale, which is several orders of magnitude greater and throws the scaling all out of whack. On a scale of “0 to the price of a house”, you can charge approximately $0 per month in rent.

You can’t really scale that with that outliner. I don’t think even transforming to log would help.
Only choice is to break the axis, so you’d have like
