I’m not a fan at all. The way it looked before was much nicer to look at and I’m guessing it’s a bug, but my header is not visible on my profile page anymore.

The icons and the way the information is displayed clutters the space. Not just that, but why was the timestamp on posts moved? It was perfectly fine before.

It should be changed back and if you really need that extra info then just shove it into the about section.

Thank you for your feedback. The new “statistics block” is something I wanted to experiment with. Personally, I prefer this one, but I could certainly add an option to hide it or switch back to the old one.

Regarding your question about why the timestamp on posts was moved, there wasn’t enough space to display the full/qualified names for users and communities. This often resulted in many undesired line breaks. Here’s the issue where this was discussed, and there are screenshots of other alternatives. I could implement those alternatives as configurable options.

Late reply. Been busy. Yeah I’d love options. I just don’t want the app to be too different from the original and hate change lol. I do still appreciate the work you’ve put into this app thank you! :)

I’ve added an option to disable the stat blocks entirely. There’s a separate option to disable the post/comment scores for user pages.

Gave the nightly a whirl early today, noticed that saved posts/comments aren’t being displayed, & the instance info. from the side menu doesn’t display anything… I’ve dropped back to the initial 0.0.8 release for now…

I don’t have anything set to hide read posts, neither at instance or app level, I never have, & dropping back to the initial 0.0.8 version, all saved posts are visible…🤷🏻‍♂️

I just turned on the in app, hide read posts option, and this then hides the saved posts, so its possible this option may have been on whilst using the nightly, I didn’t check this as I restored from a backup…will check the nightly again later…
