I thought this was going to be about using beef wellington leftovers to make burgers somehow, heh.
I hate burgers that are hard to eat because they’re so tall and wobbly. I think you fail when you cannot make a easy to eat burger.
You clearly missed the point here
I’m just talking about that photo, not what the article is saying or what those burgers look like.
I don’t like tall burgers. 🤷♂️
If the burger is so tall that I pull a muscle in my jaw, and have to move my mouth in a specific and awkawrd way to avoid this, then it’s too tall.
Go wider, bigger buns, not taller if you want a big burger. It feels bigger than a tall burger anyway and fits in your hands more satisfyingly

My anaconda is trying to cut back on carbs, so it doesn’t mind not having any buns at all.
I have this issue with Apple bees burgers, like they need to pin it down with a toothpick so it doesn’t topple on their specialty Burgers, it’s insane
often times those chain restaurants will just use a regular frozen patty, and all the height is an inch thick onion slice and some poorly selected lettuce. If they insist on height, at least impress me with the ingredients!
