Seems to me she was trying to ensure that this person got their due process and their day in court, not just an extrajudicial kidnapping and trafficking to a foreign concentration camp. She made a small gesture to help justice as it’s supposed to be enacted in the USA, and the regime is determined to make an example of her for it.

The alternate exit she allegedly sent them to led back out to the same hallway where ICE was already waiting. An ICE agent rode in the elevator with the guy and his attorney from the sixth floor to the ground floor. ICE agent contacted his confederates from inside the elevator. They confronted the man while crossing the street in front of the court house. The man was arrested after a brief foot chase.
As they say, you could get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.

Not according to the law as written. SCOTUS just got handed an illegally amended copy of the law without their knowledge.
Why has no one been able to use this to overturn QA? It seems like it should be a slam dunk to at least get it back before SCOTUS.
I don’t know. I’ve pointed it out to many lawyers, but it doesn’t seem to have done anything since it was reported two years ago
