    Its more like you gotta work till 1am at the best restaurant that will hire you for minimum wage and then wake up at 6am to go to the spaghetti class and then do the practical exam of cooking a great dish with perfectly al dente pasta that you made from scratch yesterday and you gotta hope dried enough over night while also somehow making your dish unique and not like everyone else’s.
