It’s all about little changes here and there. Fighting that executive dysfunction by convincing yourself to do ONE thing, get your brain out of decision paralysis/ being overwhelmed with several tasks. Choose ONE thing to do and get it done. Obviously you’ll have bad days where you don’t get much done, that’s ok and normal frankly, don’t guilt yourself for that, just do what you can. It’s all about not blaming yourself where you shouldn’t, and giving yourself credit where you should.
Yeah, but tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life!
Then again, so is the day after… and the day after that… and the day after that…
Mh yes, but from tomorrow on, i will workout 6 times a week.
Might as well start trying right now.
You got this (with practice)!
And then following through with none of it.
Now seriously: why do brains do this and how to work with it?
Are you the IPCC?
