          It’s just search service like google. When I need chat gpt for aggregation information but also actual information as well. Perplexity gives me links to sources so that I can check it if I don’t trust GPT model. I think it’s more like google Bard or bing

            Brave Search does that too, though not on every query. IMO it’s better than Bing. Haven’t tried Perplexity yet

    I’m noticing a distinct lack of open source options in this list. The best part about modern AI implementations is the ability to run it self-hosted.

    I’ve been trying to find a self-hosted tts ai and have had zero luck getting a decent one. The best I’ve found is tortoise tts and it sounds awful and takes years to generate anything. Anyone know a good one?
