I always put everything off for later so i end up with my house uncleaned, books unread, meals uncooked, programming not learned etc. Could anyone offer advice on how to stop procrastinating?

Yeah… that’s a tough question. Off the shelf solutions don’t work - especially those that neurotypical people always push.
But in terms of what works… I don’t know. I haven’t found the magic strategy either. But, for me, frequently trying out a different approach seems to work at least some of the time - which is better than nothing.
I usually set up a timer, duration depending on task. Say, clean kitchen, 30 mins, I will go gosh darn buckwild cleaning that kitchen up before I “lose”.
