There is a ‘Fixed height’ option for posts in Settings > Interface > Post, but it’s disabled by default so it should load the images in their full height.

Is this option working as expected? I’ve enabled it but still seeing cropped images in the feed (unless I click them)
Sorry for the confusion. This option should be disabled if you want images to appear in their full sizes.
