They sell these fried spam sushi things at fast food and gas stations and it is hands down the best way to rally through a hangover.

The mix of protein, greasy fat, and simple carbs is just perfect

Fried rice with chopped kimchi and Spam with a fried egg. Serving suggestion: eaten over the sink after a long night of it. Pants optional.

      A slight addendum:

Dice and fry the spam, scoop it out but leave the fat that came out of it. Diced kimchi, diced onions, diced garlic into spam fat, cook until kimchi is toasty/onion is not yet soft, mix in rice, add sesame oil.

      Unbelievable.

Feels like they’re trying to take out more people with coronaries.

I don’t know what to think that this thread is mostly comments of spam recipes and none on the relief effort.

    Spam Casserole:

    1 bag egg noodles

1-2 cans Spam pending on how spammy you want it.

    1 can creamed corn

    1 can whole kernel corn

2 cans cream of mushroom soup (I’ve heard other soups can be used)

    Any spices you want.

    Anything else you want.

Cook egg noodles to al dente. Drain but not heavily. Add the rest. Stir and rewarm. Welcome to the midwest.
