I was diagnosed at 30 with ADHD after having dealt with it my entire life. Seeing all these parallels since then has been crazy. Makes me wonder if I am also on the spectrum and whether or not it’s worth pursuing more to find out. Honestly don’t know.

Some people started singing it; not knowing what it was.

    Image Transcription:

A line drawing of a woman, hands clasped over her chest, with three speech bubbles around her head. From left to right, the speech bubbles read:

    "I love routine.

Until I’m bored, then I love excitement.

Until I’m overwhelmed, then I love routine."

I feel pretty ineffective when these patterns happen. I guess this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but obviously growing up in school I had it pretty much working fine. And after that… there just isn’t the structure to keep me balanced, and it eats at my productivity and the value I can create for myself.
