I believe there’s an entire megathread for this, I found it on FMHY site https://fmhy.net/gamingpiracyguide it’s way down at the ROMs section. There also this one, which compiles Internet Achive and Myrient for everything related to ROMs https://r-roms.github.io/
Just FYI, PSP games will be ISOs, not ROMs.
Think most people just use ROM as a catch all for “console video game format” these days.
