When I was still doing IT support as a job, I hated every single printer I ever had to deal with. This was until I dealt with my first Brother. I ended up buying one for myself eventually and it’s the only brand I’ll ever recommend.

This one is nice. Don’t see it being too burny, just nice and toasty, since it’s not pure white eye-searing fire.
So, if you’re using a swap partition/file you don’t want zRAM, but zSwap is okay. Am I understanding that right?
If you’re using a torrent client, then many of them have a setting to inhibit sleep while torrents are active. That might work too.
It’s a lot better than stock, even though there are still some Google things left over. If you don’t install your own GApps, then the Google stuff in Lineage is minimal.
Though, last I checked, IzzyOnDroid does warn that they usually only host things not found on F-droid. Once something they host gets included in F-droid it’s often removed from IzzyOnDroid without warning.
You could use Aurora Store for Play Store apps as well.
I didn’t know that. Thanks for the reply
With top/hour there obviously is a hard limit. You’ve reached the end of the posts made in the last hour. That’s not the fault of Lemmy or the app. That’s just the expected behaviour.
There was an image that had instructions for “making crystals” years ago. If you followed the instructions you’d end up making mustard gas or something, instead of any kind of crystals.
I had a Xiaomi bot a few years ago that could do this. Seems like Roomba are a bit behind in features.
If your phone is rooted, AccA is a great option.
TIL of kebab and waffle menus.
Well, thanks for correcting me. Always better to have accurate information.
I’ve heard the PPA for Firefox is a Snap now as well, FYI.
From what I’ve been reading on the internet, mostly from other people, Ubuntu is leaning heavily into making everything a Snap. Any official flavour of Ubuntu is expected to follow this. Other Ubuntu-based distros, like Mint, are avoiding Snap as far as possible. So, there’s options for anyone that doesn’t like Snap at least.
Baby, don’t hurt me.
And I’m pretty sure it won’t be the only one either.
I’m pretty sure there has to be some form of Minesweeper available for Linux.
Any idea what issue 4chan had with the name? I honestly can’t imagine being so upset over this name.
