Ah great, horrors beyond my imagination.
Ah great, horrors beyond my imagination.
Don’t think they’re doing this out of the goodness of the hearts, they’re just trying to avoid the “shit in, shit out” affect of their data sample.
Is this the art of the deal at its glory?
the last sentence is crazy foreshadowing
I was really hoping the last sentence would make it obvious. Oh well.
While at it, we should legalize drunk driving. Drunk driving got a bad name in the past because irresponsible drunk drivers were drinking behind the wheel and purposefully running people over. My father drove drunk for 30 years and he was only in 7 car accidents. It’s non sense.
Yes, I’m fully aware we want to abolish IP law for different reasons but still, I’m onboard.
I’ve seen it first hand but I don’t know if 9.5% is the correct number. One software guy at my company works for 11 years at this company. He went through so much shit that at this point he doesn’t even sit under the software department anymore, he’s just under finance. All he does is upgrade GitLab once every quarter or so and then he just watches TV and messes around with his homelab in his free time. Comes to the office couple times a week for 3-4 hours to show everyone he is still alive then goes home.
I’m genuinely interested in trying out Kagi, it seems like a much better experience than whatever Google has to offer. With SEO being implemented everywhere it has gotten quite annoying that every time I search for something the first 5 results are some AI generated website that copies information from other sites.
I love the XM4 headphones. They’re so good that when I was too focused on my phone I ended up missing my train. Sucks that it happened, happy with the noise cancellation quality.
And then you try to run Adobe
Another victim of arrogance perhaps. Before the game even released fans told them that’s not what they want and they said “fuck you, you don’t understand shit” and proceeded to make one of the most uninteresting video games on the planet.
Oh man… so basically 2008 YouTube?
I don’t use Instagram altogether, this isn’t about me. The main audience of Instagram (and other Meta platforms) are teens, whom you should not expose to such advertisements. Some are not tech literate and are capable of blocking Meta’s ads on a DNS level or with some other trickery. Look at the broader audience, this isn’t a “Me” post.
In the article he states that he kept clicking on those ads on purpose, in order to see how deep the rabbit hole goes.
how do i upload a video to lemmy
my friend sent me this pic along with a video of him doing the deed
They’re not gonna do anything about it for the same reason any other litigious company hasn’t done anything thus far. They’re looking to benefit from AI by cutting costs. If the tech wasn’t beneficiary to these big tech conglomerates they would’ve already sued their asses to oblivion, but since they do care they’ll let AI train on their copyrighted material.
