I’m honestly shocked that don’t leverage that idea more where the terrain changes (unless they do later again in the series).
I started from Trails in the Sky FC two years ago and I actually regret not playing this series sooner. What’s funny is I got FC as part of a bundle ages ago but never got around to playing it. I probably won’t play the new remake until I finally catch up on all the games hahaha.
Just started Trails of Cold Steel 2 after beating Octopath Traveler 2. It’s nice to come back to a JRPG where unit position matters. One of my favorite battle systems!
For the love of everything just make Octopath Traveler 3!
It’s always a good time to become a patient gamer (if you’re into single player games).
You should see some of the “blueberry” muffins they sell at the store nowadays. It’s not even blueberry let alone fruit. Some are so bad and cheap it’s just fruit flavored pellets with the packaging saying “Blueberry flavored” muffins.
Austin Powers 2 when he fights mini me. I couldn’t breathe it was so dumb and funny.
She makes me want to play Rift of the Necrodancer.
I’m Asian and this once happened to me when I went to get some Chinese fast food. Another customer asked why I was there when I could just make this stuff at home.
In Japan it should have been Meta, Apple, Netflix, Google/Alphabet: MANGA.
Love the series and am about to start Trails Of Cold Steel II soon!
I use my blinker even when turning into my own driveway and the reason is simple:
The signal isn’t for me. It’s for others to know my intentions.
One major thing that makes driving with others safer is predictability and your blinkers can help with that.
I was at a wedding tonight and everyone on the dance floor seemed to know what to do with their hands while dancing. I just can’t seem to figure it out.
I love love love rhythm games. As a Beatmania player since the late 90s, how difficult is this game?
When I’m working, I listen to Lydian Collective and Tennyson (some of his tracks don’t have vocals). You might enjoy them as well!
For me it was Badminton. You can start off with cheap $15 rackets and plastic shuttlecocks. Now my racket is $260 and I play with feather shuttlecocks which are about $2 a piece and only last a few rallies.
I still wear a mask when going out to stores because I’m immunocompromised due to a kidney transplant. It’s ultimately up to me to protect myself from others but what bothers me most lately are people who either laugh or think I’m stupid for still wearing a mask. Some even go as far as to call me out and shame me for it. Can people just mind their own business? I’m not trying to get them to wear a mask so why are they so fixated on me taking mine off?
I had stopped gaming for about 5 years to focus on my career and starting a family. I’m now turning 40 this year and have been dabbling with games again but nothing really stuck until I started the Trails in the Sky trilogy. I ended up playing it a few hours every other night. Something about it was so refreshing that I’m now about to wrap up the 3rd game.
Like others have mentioned, perhaps your mood or perspective changes as you get older and it’s just about finding the right game to play.
I really want to purchase an Ioniq 5 but still feel there are no good deals (and I’m not interested in jumping through hoops for the $7,500 lease bonus cash). I see tons of inventory at my local dealership but they won’t budge on the price.
Oh man, I haven’t applied for a new gig in the last 4.5 years so I’m sure the landscape is so much more different and difficult now.
I do have recruiters reaching out to me fairly often on LinkedIn. Is that an option for you? I know devs can be put off by recruiters. What kind of clients or companies have you written code for? I feel like that really boosts my visibility.
I’m in California and one resource I tap into often are the colleges/university job postings for software developers.
Definitely continue working on BE and creating a portfolio project that showcases your BE and DB skills.
