I agree that productivity should be rewarded, but that’s not what happens. If you work hard, the company will realise that they can get the same work done with fewer employees and will reduce work hours to increase profits instead of rewarding you.
This is definitely true for me. I think way too much about the consequences of my actions and I could never work in a job where you’re rewarded for tricking customers or being dishonest.
You can view threads profiles by typing threads.net/@username, for example threads.net/@meta
Threads is view-only without the app, so no using it on PC. Probably because they wouldn’t be able to get as much data. I would never use it anyway but it’s so stupid.
Same. I prefer reading to watching videos since it’s easier to scroll to the information I need.
