The character is from Baldur’s gate 3 a game based on Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition. The joke is that in fifth edition a high charisma stat (CHA) is basically mind control via persuasion. A character would easily be convince that someone with high charisma is wise (wisdom is also a stat, WIS), even if that someone is actually a bumbling idiot.

Kinda like some politicians in the real world.

Given that seems like a palalock build it’s probably just CHA that your interpreting as WIS

I bought the game early access a couple years ago. The reason they got so few things wrong is they actually listened to community feedback from the early access. They made a lot of minor changes on things (from what I saw most of that was to make the game feel more like DND)
