  • If only one side respects any modicum of decorum, then news flash; there is no decorum.

Dude is 100% right about Democrats. It’s why only those who fall in love come out, because the rest know that the average Dem ain’t gonna do a fucking thing for them.

Choices are; Rep -> continue to tax you 35% plus unofficial (taxation without representation) taxes like mandated insurance until everyone is broke or in jail.

Dem; SAME EXACT FUCKING THING but only at 70% the speed.

Why do you think populism is back? Why did/does Trump and Sanders have/had so many supporters?

I still vote for Sanders over anyone in the the Democratic party, without question. Cuz Sanders is willing to fight, and imo, for economic justice for all of us. The spoils need to be shared, the oligarchy dismantled, corporations de-peopled given moratoriums on business licenses and regulated to fucking high heaven -> the exact way the founding fathers intended and DID.

  • The protocol, the first that a state has released publicly for nitrogen, indicates that the gas will be pumped into Smith through a “mask assembly”, which will be connected to “breathing gas tubing”. “The mask will be placed and adjusted on the condemned inmate’s face”, it says, and then after the prisoner has been allowed to make a final statement “the Warden will activate the nitrogen hypoxia system”.

The gas will be passed through the mask into the prisoner for 15 minutes, or for five minutes beyond the moment that he flatlines, whichever is longer, the protocol says.

The details given are so vague, Denno said, that it leaves experts to “only speculate about how a state might conduct a nitrogen hypoxia execution”. She added that the placement of a mask on a prisoner’s face “is especially puzzling – what if the inmate tries to take it off, immediately or during the procedure?”

What a load of shit The Guardian has become. Just to be clear, did we all read the same thing? What details are left out? It seems pretty clear to me what they intend to do, does the how need to be written out in G-code or could your average person make that streeeeenuous mental leap themselves?

  • You don’t fight this by meeting it head on, letting them choose the battlefield. You fight this by aggressively bringing the fucking banhammer, both figuratively and literally.

You don’t just throw the law book at them, you throw the library. You hit them with every possible charge, loitering, jaywalking, not carrying the right kind of insurance, w/e. All of it, and you don’t let off, or give an inch. No fucking plea deals in the face of organizers of hate and stochastic terrorists. Sending bomb scares and death threats should be a mandatory five years, doubling if repeated (5>10>20).

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

  • Luckily for him (or unluckily for him?), modern war is barely fought with rifles.

But these fuckers anti-education and anti-science bullshit is a danger to the country but allowing us to be technologically leapfrogged by more…um…intrepid…nations.

If the idea is for America to backslide away from self-determination, then the Republican party might just be for you.

When I think about what kind of psyops a global competitor would levy against us, and what goals they might hope to engender with their efforts, for the past 20 years, its always just been whatever the Republican party has been saying/doing.

  • The like 5 times I’ve heard my phone in a decade were all on accident.

I was a shift manager at a casino. After that job ended, I’ve never had my phone off silent and I won’t talk on it unless it’s 200% necessary…I just perpetually and always have bad service…don’t ask about the faraday cage in my workshop, it came like that when I built it.

  • I have such a hard time believing the absence of trace minerals in distilled water is dangerous as to be deadly.

And I’m not talking that bullshit drank 5gallons thru a funnel than took a bath in it outlier, that is entirely unhelpful.

A normal person drinking 2 liters of distilled water is going to have no serious effect from it. A forkful of spinach has more of those trace minerals than 55gallons of water.

Imma go ahead and put this in the file with alkaline water and Japanese H²O that got its feelings hurt.

  • Trickle down is layman for Neo-liberalism, the economic theory put forth by Milton Friedman, and to some degree, Ayn Rand. Neoliberalism is at the core of her Objectivism, which is the core of her books cuz lord fucking knows she has the narrative and character development skills of a 10yr old homeschooled child who’s only met the people at his church.

Neoliberalism is what’s inferred when anyone mentions the Chicago school of Economics. It’s what Reagan and Thatcher were all about, which set us down this path of “individualism”, aka austerity (which pans out as privatizing profits and socializing losses). The loss of third places, institutionalized alienation (makes for a better consumer, doncha know?) thru economic migration (no family, no safety net), dismantling of public services and social institutions, pulling the ladder up behind them and cursing their children while stealing their futures for a cushier retirement (don’t forgive; don’t forget. Just like vacations and self actualization, retirement is something we won’t get). Amd lest we forget to mention their Argentinian NeoLiberal kill-everyone-who-disagrees-with-you Numero Uno, Pinochet. He’s like the NeoLiberal version of Che, except without any morality or purpose, other than seizing power. The same mirror shows the difference in their politics (because economics, no matter how much they’ve tried to sterilize it into a unique science, can NOT be divorced from politics. If nothing else, Marx at least has THAT right).

Both parties are neoliberal. Dems and Reps. The last New Deal president was Carter. Society doesn’t have “problems”, everything is actually working exactly as intended. The smartest people we produce as a country, err, as a species, go on to work for the 1%, do you really think this shit isn’t thought thru? That’s the effectiveness of their media right there. We can reverse engineer and extract DNA of everyone who breathed in this room for the past week (re:facts), I’m pretty sure, naw, fuck it, I’d bet my balls, the effectiveness and nuance of propaganda in media is equally sophisticated. A great social slight of hand, mind control trick.

I see you’re nodding along, right, you know what I’m sayin, every news cycle. Every headline, devolved from what’s to us, the obvious reality. We see it play out on half of us every other day. It’s like watching cartoon villainy, right? Who’s writing these scripts? Ffs.

And they see it play out on us every other other day.

And to them its the exact same thing, 180°.

The “ineffectiveness” of Democrats, hahahahaha, fuckin, pleeeease. Their playbook is the same Everytime. Make a modest reach towards change (which people want) pre-self-negotiate to torpedo any chance and either change nothing or pass the Republican version of the bill (ie Obamacare). And we steadily march, ever right.

Democrats will never bring change. They’re the token pressure relief valve, to slow the train just a little bit, but never effect it’s route. They’re there to take the wave of hate from the people who want an end to neoliberalism, but don’t necessarily know what part of the gamesmanship to direct their anger. You’ve seen this before, I’ll elucidate; just like the people don’t pay Ticketmaster (I mean we do, with 18 different junk fees) the big bucks, the same 150 ppl who own everything, do, so the ‘service’ Ticketmaster is really providing ain’t tickets, it’s deflection. Which is why their monopoly is allowed to exist, because it entrenches wealth even further.

    Democrats = Ticketmaster.

So yea. We need to make sure MAGA can’t pivot back to the lie of meritocracy, but we need to bring the pitchforks and the torches out to remind the Democrats that they’ll burn too.

Alright that’s enough. I’m out. You have two ears and one mouth, listen twice as much as you speak. Reduce, reuse, repair, recycle. Give more than you take. Kindness is free. ACAB. Eat the rich. Drink your water.

  • Any good cop left on the force knows all about this shit, calling into question how ‘good’ they are.

The police say the same thing about everyone who isn’t them. “Fuck 'em”. And that’s exactly how I feel whenever I hear anything bad happening to them.

They’re all guilty. Shutter the doors, fire them all and hire from a different psych profile, barring the current one, forevermore.

I am in the most dangerous for my life when I am in the presence of a cop, plain and simple, no context needed. These are stats. Facts not feelings. Since 2000 the police have stolen more from the public thru civil asset forfeiture than all other crime combined.

All cops are bad. All. Complicity is condoning. Criminals have invaded and took over the civic institution. Acknowledgement of this isn’t a call for social anarchy. Acknowledgement of this is recognizing that anarchy is already here. The law applied unequally deserves no respect. Those on the top know they’ll never see a cell. Those on the bottom know they will no matter their innocence, and that’s a best case scenario. No respect is warrented. The lack of respect is entirely earned.

Ban them from public positions and office. Seize their pensions to pay a pittance towards restitution. They broke the public trust, I am not responsible for their public disdain. No one ever wrote a song called ‘Fuck the firefighters’. Fuck 'em.

  • As much freedom as you can afford.

Law applied unequally means those in privilege will flaunt it and those still wanting, correctly, have no respect for it.

Fuck the law. Fuck the judges. Fuck the lawyers. Fuck the police. Might equals right in America. The winners will, and currently are, rewriting the histories to absolve them and their ancestors any wrongdoing.

Stop acting like there’s some kind of decorum to uphold. If only one side is upholding it, news flash, it doesn’t exist. You’re just allowing yourself to be outmaneuvered. While any of y’all are up there on the high road, look down and witness the cruelty you arent protecting against. Keep clutching them pearls, cuz every minute more of us are being murdered by those sworn to protect and serve, or medicines that demand the culmination of your entire life’s work. The law ≠ morality. This immoral, institutionalized, embodiment of corruption we’re in can be summed up with this fact. Footage of whatever crime you are accused of, from police cams, citizens dash cams, private business security cams, the state will leverage it’s power to use against you - but that power will actively be used against you if it exonerates you

So what I’m saying, is if your toes are dipped into the criminal courts, there is absolutely zero incentive to not go full cartel. Just wear a suit, sponsor a little league team, donate to both parties, the mayor and the police union and remember to let your obstacles well enough for an open casket, have some class after all, and you’ll never see the inside of a cell.

Under a government that imprisons any unjustly, the true place for a just man is also a prison - Thoreau

  • Obama handed off handling Putin to Biden after meeting him one time.

So there’s no one on the planet who has more experience dealing with that fascist than who we got at the top. Credit where it’s due, I’m not ridin wit Biden, or any other Democrat, because I too am a policy nerd, and we got two neo-liberal, one one half neo-fuedalist, both corporatocracy at the cost of the average person’s agency and stability.

Put simply, if propping up the top 10% actively hinders and hurts the rest of America, I consider that a hostile action of a traitor. Welfare, income redistribution, any and all social programs 1. Wouldn’t be necessary if the private market was competent enough, but they choose greed over stewardship 2. I would much, much, i-cannot-stress-how-much, prefer my taxes go towards lifting up my neighbors than policing the globe and militarizing our domestic police force into uber-gestapo. America wins thrice over then: A. Neighbor gets to better place, paid more in taxes. B. I eventually will be surrounded by neighbors not drowning in despair and hopelessness, and the crime that that brings. C. Stimulus to economy.

Democrats and Republicans are both parties full of traitors, in my eyes. One side just does it reluctantly and then can’t fathom why I think they should hang.
