My go-to has been Fira Code for some time. Just did the test, and Fira Code was the winner. Jetbrains Mono was a close second for me though.

Fira Code is my go-to.
“Free” memory is actually usually used for cache. So instead of waiting to get data from the disk, the system can just read it directly from RAM after the first access. The more RAM you have, the more free space you’ll have to use for cache. My machine often has over 20GB of RAM used as cache. You can see this with free -m
. IIRC both Gnome and KDE’s system managers also show that now.
It’s actually difficult to get any form of home insurance in Florida now. Many major insurance companies have left the state because they felt it was too risky.
We don’t know whether they evolved these chemicals to prevent being eaten by animals though. People have tested spicy (capsaicin based) foods with mice, and found that mice actually seemed to like or not really react to spicy foods. This means that capsaicin did not evolve to protect against rodents like initially thought.
In fact, we now know that capsaicin is a very powerful antifungal chemical. Chili peppers naturally grow in hot, humid environments where fungi thrive. There also aren’t many rodents in those areas. So the spiciness experienced by mammals like humans is just a side effect that didn’t really affect its evolution.
HDR is basically unsupported on desktop Linux, though a lot of work has been done recently. Valve meanwhile decided to do their own userspace implementation for their UI and supporting HDR in Proton.
You don’t need the most specced out steam Deck though. A refurbished 64GB steam Deck at $320 is an insane deal for the hardware and you likely don’t need more than 64GB for a basic home server.
Not any TV. You can’t just use PiHole and similar if the TV uses DNS over TLS or HTTPS
Isn’t mujdei not cooked though? It has a very strong garlic flavor. Cooking/roasting garlic really softens the flavor.
Unless he pulls off a Stroll and is racing again in 2 weeks.
He could’ve taken his hands off of the wheel before the impact though. He knew he was going to crash for a good 2 seconds before the crash.
Well, nouveau should support reclocking pretty soon and the Nvidia NVK open source Vulkan implementation is progressing nicely.
Pixel Shift and Pixel Refresh are monitor hardware features, not managed by the OS.
The vast majority of farm animals are grown in horrible conditions on factory farms, so what the comment you’re responding to said is not inaccurate.
How do you think we get cows to lactate for milk? How about making them reproduce as fast as possible?
If you enable Developer Options, there is a setting under Networking called “Wi-Fi non-persistent MAC randomization” that randomizes the MAC per connection for networks that have randomization enabled.
On stock (Pixel) Android, if you enable Developer Options, there is a setting under Networking called “Wi-Fi non-persistent MAC randomization” that randomizes the MAC per connection for networks that have randomization enabled.
By default it’s per network, but if you enable Developer Options, there is a setting under Networking called “Wi-Fi non-persistent MAC randomization” that randomizes the MAC per connection for networks that have randomization enabled. I am on Android 13 though, so I’m not sure if 12 has this option.
Does run0 use suid? From my understanding, it shouldn’t.
