Poilievre is weak and cowardly. Not someone who will rise to a challenge, but someone who is lazy and just wants the easy path. Basically, everyone the cons complain about. The opposite of the so called business “thought leaders” or manosphere “alphas”. But they vote for him anyway I guess.

They keep telling people to “move back to their own country” so why don’t these assholes just move to Florida. Heck, we can probably even crowd source some funding to pay for their damn tickets.
Sadly I doubt many are seeing this considering how many of my neighbours still voted for PP. I’m happy to see a Liberal minority, but disgusted by how much support the cons still have.
It’s depressing that media literacy is so low and the cons are taking advantage of it. If this doesn’t turn around then the future is not so bright.

I appreciate you being clear about not accepting PRs. I’ve never run an OSS project but I know it can be full of stress to manage a community. But having the source available gives me the confidence that if you ever get bored and move on, a community can develop to continue the project.

It doesn’t really bother me, but like you I am bored of it and I generally ignore it, or block communities if I’m seeing too much of it.
It is really cool that the models can generate fairly detailed images, but they’re all so similar and… boring. I once saw someone describe it like corporate art. It just tries to imitate something popular in a very mediocre way. You can keep re-training it, but it can still only imitate.
Still, if people are into it then that’s ok too. I have used it at work on occasion to create stupid little icons for internal tools I’ve built, so I guess there’s some little bit of utility.
My guess is that it’ll be used for a while for cheap and low effort branding, but soon companies will want to hire real artists again to differentiate themselves from the ML spam.
Frankly I’m tired of all this “both sides” bullshit and treating every belief and opinion as equal to any other. Her “side” has shown they are not interested in honest dialogue and only seem to care about bullshit conspiracies.
While I think we should put in an effort to listen to everyone, we’re well past the point of these screeching morons having any validity.

The best part of DnD is you can play your way and Larian seems to have embraced that. My tabletop group is pretty much pure homebrew at this point and it’s a ton of fun.

I’m reloading a lot right now as I’m trying to figure out the “video game physics”. I’ve misunderstood a few game mechanics so I’ve reloaded to try again.
I’ll probably also reload to open doors and stuff just to see the content behind there. My game time is limited so I want to see as much as I can on my run through the game.
Are they not sending out emergency messages via the cell network? Is it not on local news and the radio? Doesn’t YouTube have the ability to inject regional advertising? Are they not even putting up road signs mentioning the evacuation?
I don’t get how it’s Facebook’s problem when not everyone has a Facebook account and there are many other (better) avenues.
