My wife had been after me to go to couples therapy. I was convinced we didn’t need it. After a while, I just scheduled something and sent her an appointment notice. Figured if she thought we needed it, I’d give it a try.

She called the therapist and cancelled our appointment soon after i sent her the notice. She claimed, “we didn’t need to spend money on that right now.” She hasn’t brought it up since.

You made it further than me. I was an absolute completionist in OOT and when I started MM, I just extremely put off by the reset time and do things over again. I wanted to finish what I was in the middle of, but having to be interrupted and even plan what I was going to do rather than just explore and fumble through things really bothered me. I really don’t think I made it through more than a handful of time resets before I gave up

Personal business is for things that need to be done touring business hours but aren’t vacation. Things like doctors appointments, meeting a service person to fix something at your home, or some delivery that requires you be home. Those kind of things

Honestly, I consider that a win. A huge reason I left the catholic faith wasn’t because of the religion itself, but because of the people who claimed to follow Jesus but in practice did nothing like Jesus.

It could to people it’s targeted at. I know a lot of devote catholics because I was raised in that faith. Some of them might actually listen to these comments from the pope. At the very least, if they defy the pope, then they’ll at least stop affiliating with the church.

A part of that real estate equation is that the municipalities give tax breaks to the companies because they anticipate the extra people in the area getting them more money from gas stations, lunches, etc. Those contracts usually state that the building needs to have a certain occupancy for them to maintain the credit… and now municipalities are coming knocking for their back taxes since buildings haven’t been full.
