Then the SCOTUS would have to rule on the constitutionality of Congress being eliminated, which, if they’re acting ethically (har har) they would immediately halt. He can sign executive orders, but the more EOs a president signs, the more they create tension within the voting population, potentially leading to unrest and if left unchecked, worse.

He’ll have to find a way to get Congress to approve a bill that eliminates themselves and the judicial branch of government first.
