I do like the idea of thangs, it just needs more time to mature and they need to limit their search - mainly not including game asset and mod sites.
Lol thangs search better? Please. The entire thangs UX is a mess and their search is a joke. It returns models from game asset websites and the like that are not really printable. They’ve been spending a lot getting creators to gush over it too, makes me highly suspect whenever I see someone say how much better it is.
Unless it’s showing something very specific that handle be handled in inline screenshots I’m not watching it. It’s bad enough there’s project managers putting specs into loom and such. Docs should be easily searchable and fast to reference. Ain’t nobody got time to watch a video.
You can use your heated bed, just set a temp and cover the roll with a box.

It’s a little different as Spotify/apple/etc don’t produce music and are not trying to out license each other. Really good thing you don’t have to sub to half a dozen music services.
Not even news, it happened a few days ago now
I like .6 for speed but there’s a lot of content out there saying how great .6 is and how you can’t really tell it apart. You absolutely can and arachne isn’t perfect either. If it’s a part that needs more strength I’ll go .6 but for anything else I’ll swap in my .4.
Weird you shouldn’t have had to with Alex, 7 grid wide fits perfectly. You do need a spacer in the back but it’s already difficult to utilize the very back anyways
I think the biggest hurdle would be packing it away, putting it back together and recalibrating - that seems like it would get old fast. Someone’s already mentioned it but the ender 2 or prusa mini seem like best bet. That could be small enough you could take the gantry off and put into a foam case
Gotta define by what you actually mean when you say portable. Do you mean pack up for flying? Just driving around? Hotel use? Honestly if you travel that much you might want to just look into maker spaces or libraries.
I don’t see what’s wrong with that? Can you show us with supports disabled and infill increased?
Thanks for setting this up, looks like there’s an issue with the profile pic upload, returns a 400
Are you sure it’s not a you doing something shady problem? Suspended on printables, locked on thangs… I dunno it sounds kinda sus when none of us have issues. Perhaps it’s spamming your cube…
