@clif @linux I think your plan is way too technical if your goal is to teach non-technical people to use Linux. For grandma it’s pretty much the same as Windows - click on “Internet” to open the googles. What is your target audience and what are they trying to get from the course?

Tor is pretty trusted for security. Lokinet isn’t.

@Harry_h0udini @privacy a guess: only in the same way every other app does - they ALL buy ads from these ad providers, which ALL track the contexts where their ads appear and link them to your profile and then serve ads related to your profile

however, I don’t see how a normal car is any worse 99% of the time. It’s already a jack of more trades because it has more room inside. Maybe someone who hauls a lot of big loads could use a pickup.
