Just like you can have good credit and low income, you can have high income and be shit with money. It really doesn’t prove anything by showing a pay stub.
My finances are my problem. All a landlord needs to know is that I am willing to pay what they are asking. It is my problem to actually pay the money. There are lifestyles in which you don’t have the ability to show someone a pay stub, and can still pay rent on time every month.
That is why things like credit checks exist. It’s a way to verify that a person has kept their finances in order and are responsible enough to pay their bills on time.
How? Because it’s a video game.

But a backpack is too big and bulky and anything smaller becomes a purse and this looks down upon for a man to carry.

You do realize that teaching people to cook does absolutely nothing to keep people from being obese, right? I cook all the time, still over weight. Cooking fresh food does not equate to a healthy diet and being thin. People’s over eating, and diets don’t really affect you.
Plus, you can’t force shit like this on people, they have to want to do it. I could eat healthier, sure, but I’d truly rather die a few years younger than to have wasted my life eating beans, rice and basic meats like you are suggesting.
We also have a epidemic of just throwing shit in a landfill and getting a new one.
I could give a shit if someone wants to eat chicken nuggies for every meal. I care more about landfills piling up trash that could have just been repaired or reused.

Conspiracy, by definition, is talking about commiting a crime, and then doing an action to actually commit the crime.
So let’s say I get some friends together and we talk about pulling a heist on the local art museum. That in and of itself is not a crime, we are just talking. But if we start going out and casing the joint, buying crow bars and shit to actually do it, it becomes a conspiracy to commit burglary, which is a crime. Even though we didn’t actually break into the place yet, it becomes a crime when we make actions toward the crime.

Also, by your logic yelling fire wouldn’t be illegal, it’s literally speech. Also threatening is a crime. If I say, I’m gonna hit you with this hammer, and I have a hammer in my hand, that is assault, which is totally a crime.
