Just a rough decade, you’ll sleep it off
I don’t have access to fancy stuff like concentrates, so I can’t tell you about that. But I had a cookie a few times and that was a proper high, nothing like what I’m getting from vapes, so I doubt it’s about the CO₂. I held the vapor in, too, force of habit.
I’ll try cranking up the temperature, tinymight can get quite hot so maybe that’s the way to go for me. The leftovers were brown so there’s still some hope.
Thanks for the long reply!
Amazing work, I wouldn’t come up with that bending algorithm if my life depended on it
Any idea where to find one of these?
Yewtube is like an institution, running since forever. Afair it’s the same person which runs xcancel.
I’m a lightweight and not a frequent user. My goal in smoking is to get high.
I rarely used my previous vape because it got me barely any effects, at 200°C it sometimes wasted entire chamber of weed for what gave me a mild headache.
So, following the advice in this forum, I got a new one and a grinder. A modern one. A recommended one. TinyMight 2.
Tried it 2 times so far and maybe that’s what you mean by “head high”, for me it’s all the side effects of smoking, but I don’t actually get high. Doesn’t take the edge off, or make me giggle, or deeply relaxed, or make me think, just hungry and balance was a bit off. And I think I used it correctly, the cloud was mighty both times.
I haven’t seen these until much later
Have you tried tagging it with something safe (like “Dos”) and then tagging again?
The shiny one you have will be old in a few years
I didn’t get that far. And I only had an Amiga at that time, which made things more difficult to set up. I wonder how fluent transparency would be with AGA, haha. My next attempt was woth a PC around 2003 with KDE3 and it got me hooked.
I loved reading HOWTOs, they were a bit like scene zines, but the content wasn’t that helpful indeed
Contrary to other OSes, the information about it was mainly on the internet, no books or magazines. With only one computer at most homes, and no other internet-connected devices, that posed a problem when something didn’t work.
It took me weeks to write a working X11 config on my computer, finding all the hsync/vsync values that worked by rebooting back and forth. And the result was very underwhelming, just a terminal in an immovable window. I think I figured out how to install a window manager but lost all patience before getting to a working DE. Days and days of fiddling and learning.
Good security feature but only for the phone in your pocket. The old one used as a camera, homeassistant screen, sms to email forwarder, ssh server, will stop being useful.
Love the gently ironic commentary in the article.
Aren’t sysfs entries supposed to be created by kernel modules?
Hauk is the best, rock stable, ephemeral or permanent links, group shares, really has it all
Cyber neurosurgeons are going to be a thing.
I’m the same but the waking up part is optional.
You’ll feel at home in !2meirl4meirl@lemmy.ml but I’m not sure this counts as positive coping
