FBI Director Kash Patel posted a photo on X Friday night of the Wisconsin judge who was arrested for allegedly obstructing immigration agents while she was handcuffed, being escorted to a vehicle by officials.
The photo of Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan does not show her face, but shows her being escorted by three law enforcement agents in a perp walk. The caption by Patel read, “No one is above the law.”
According to the Confidentiality and Media Contacts Policy listed on the Justice Department’s website, DOJ personnel “should not voluntarily disclose a photograph of a defendant unless it serves a law enforcement function or unless the photograph is already part of the public record in the case.”
I love how this DOJ just treats people as guilty. No trial yet? Death penalty.
What are we even supposed to do?
It’s part of law enforcement to assume you are guilty.
The judiciary needs to assume you are innocent.
Remove the latter, and you are wonky.
Take to the streets on thursday.

if I’m still alive to see it, I am gonna enjoy this guy’s post-shitshow trial. He’s young enough to see one in his lifetime.
The fact that Patel feels the need to blur out the faces of the arresting officers should tell you exactly how confident they are in making the arrest to begin with. They’re scared. As they should be.
It’s not an admission of guilt, they truly believe they are righteous. It’s an admission that they are essentially at war with all non-MAGA elements of America. They blur their faces for the same reasons the SEALs and Delta blur their faces in photos. They practice OPSEC because they would expect a motivated enemy to track them down and hurt them when and where they are vulnerable otherwise. Because that’s what they would do.
Well they’re still idiots-- blur can be unblurred without much effort. This isn’t opsec, it’s clownsec
Every. Accusation. Is. An. Admission.
No one is above the law
Agreed… Maybe you should be telling your boss that…
Here’s the thing about policies - the Trump admin doesn’t give a shit about policies.
Well, except their own.
And when it suits their view
Policies make up the bottom rung of their IDGAF ideological beliefs pillar. Above that are laws and above that is the Constitution.
Who is going to hold them accountable?
Chuck Shumer will… soon!
Establishment Democrats are furiously writing a letter about this.
Not we the people that’s for sure.
What’s the consequences of violating the policy? Oh, that’s right. Nothing.
Oh, fuck that. Let everyone see the picture of the woman that the Department of Justice is as fucking. This is a matter of public record, and we should all be witness to it.
