this is NOT related to that recent post here about blocking .ml
.
i already kno that i can block users.
ive had very bad experiences from a certain… instance i would like to block entirely. i have been on the lookout for users commenting and interacting on the communities i care about, and that instance is… not so important to me. som of these peeps hav been evil to me before…
can i just like - block em? like - the entire instance?.. or do i have to nicely ask the Ada <3 to… block it for every blahaj fren? (i dun want that! u peeps shud be able to interact with whoever u wan! i dun wan to be ur dictator <3 )
Ooo interesting ui. I don’t like seeing vote counts, but seeing my own votes next to people’s names would be neato.
How are you doing it? What client?
It’s the Voyager app, but it’s a setting that’s off by default. It’s at the bottom of the Appearance settings.
Darn, I’m using Voyager, but only have the options to show/hide all comment votes. Maybe it’s not on Android.
Maybe?
Oh I have that, but that only toggles the display of the total vote count. Not the like
[+26]
in green beside that.Oh well. Thanks for checking!
Sorry, that’s my mistake, it’s actually on the User Tags page, under Track Votes:
Ah thank you. Some extra context for others: it appears this feature was introduced in Voyager 2.19.0. I think my phone is too old for that upgrade, bah humbug.
EDIT oh actually I just needed to switch from Google Play (ick) to F-Droid. Yay! Tags!!
